My path to consistent income and liberation in my business started with the inner work: Healing trauma, somatic movement, increasing my nervous system capacity to receive more, and reconnecting to the natural rhythms and cycles of my body.
This led me on a path to studying somatic facilitation, movement-based therapies, trauma tools, and tantra, and weaving this work with my background in business and marketing to help my clients with the practical strategies and the energetics of growing an aligned, body-led business.

I am also a third generation movement practitioner who guides and applies dance for expression and healing
Movement is in my blood and ancestral lineage. I’m a third generation movement practitioner, following in the footsteps of my Grandmother through Noyes School of Rhythm, and my Mother as a Dance Movement Therapist.
I am also trained in a method called Muse Alchemy, which is a technology of movement informed by a blend of Shamanic & Elemental Wisdom, Somatic & Dance Therapy, Nervous System & Trauma Techniques, and Non-Dual Tantrik Philosophy. This somatic healing modality uses movement as medicine to shift cells and energy towards wholeness.
I teach simple, step-by-step processes for trauma healing, parts integration, manifestation, and more, through the power of alchemical movement. This is different from intuitive movement or ecstatic dance because my methodology is specifically designed to blast open stuck energy, reconnect you with your inner healer, and come home to your purpose.
My method of facilitation honors the body's wisdom and creative impulse as the path to wholeness. This method works with the body's energy centers and languages to guide you through portals of posture, walk, dance, and voice.
