We will chat via Email, Slack, or your preferred Team Communication Tool.
Communications will be returned within 24 hours during normal business days.
I check emails + slack + PM tools at set times, twice a day. This is so that my energy is focused while working on your projects!
Turnaround Times
Project and task turnarounds vary depending on the specific requirements. (For example, if it’s setting up a whole launch, or a project with many steps involved, we are looking at a couple of weeks!).
We will create timelines for projects and launch-specific tasks in advance. This will allow us to reserve time to make your project a top priority and help to manage any moving pieces such as team delegation and communications.
For shorter tasks and projects, we always make an effort to handle these within 48 hours, and will always keep you in the loop of when you can expect these to be completed. If you make changes to the original task or project, the amount of time required to complete the project is subject to change.
